the vikings were bastards for what they did to the wooly mammoth thats true.

But Britain still exploits Africa, which is totally destroyed partly because of the slave trade - you can't take 2 million able bodied people out of a continent and turn it into a patchwork of slave raiding warlord states without that having an effect even 200 years later.

We didn't do it our rulers did and they still profit from africa. What some africans are saying is that the debt that is killing millions should be cancelled and there should be reparations from the big banks, businesses and rich that profited from teh slave trade. seems fair. We should support the call for reparations is all we dont need to go off on a big guilt trip or anything, we didn't do it. The workers movement was against slavery.
