Our DOM started timing individuals on IPS this morning then spouted out prep rates of 31 letters per min and 27 flats per min, this was after he had said that quite a few had not reached the expected standard agreed by the CWU & Royal Mail.

thats what we are being quoted.Everyone to have full prep test once/3 months and one minute test monthly.

I've found out that one of our LM has told our staff that the loose letters HAVE to be prep in first before the WSM 
..
I'm glad I'm missing it this week..
BTW it's the same LM who likes to move the goal posts in our office......
