Managers bonus - next week!!

I just don't understand the logic in all this if it's true about managers receiving this bonus. All it's going to achieve is an even more disgruntled workforce, many of who will go slower, take more sickies and become less productive when taking into account that they're getting no collegue share. Don't know about any of you lot, but I'm brassic and could have done with a lift rather than another kick in the balls

For decades our line managers have been paid for drinking coffee,the job run itself because we had more than enough staff.Over the last few years we haven't and they've actually had to work for a living,getting the walks out with not enough staff (and failing miserably) because they're not up to it.The majority became lino's because they couldn't do our job.Even if true about the bonus I still wouldn't want their job as they have less security than even us!

I think this in an inacurate post for a few reasons:

1. £1000 is smaller than previous "released" figures.
2. As the bonus is meant to be based on individual or office targets and national ones the avtual figures, if there was a bonus, would be different.
3. I ALWAYS suspect a post that has within it a claim its 100% genuine,

To tell you the truth I am not fussed what the managers get in fact more money for them the better as come the day our new buyers come in, which will not be far off, will view the non productive staff and get rid (guaranteed) so good luck to em and bon voyage to em
