There will be no notice period because with any luck you will not be asked to vote on your revision until after you are aware of your start and finish times.
Then it will be up to your members whether they agree to the revision including the start times.

It isn't an agreed revision yet it is an unagreed revision proposal...that's all.it is an agreed revision but we still have no clue of our start times!
