the revsion has not gone far enough, they will now have a delivery once a week, if they keep on complaining it will be once a fortnight.

Dead right! Although they both pay lip service to the agreement and seem to have some misguided idea that by cooperating with the revisions they will be OK, is delusional. You can have both parties fully committed BUT if the basic premise of the revision tools is wrong then the revision will not work. Our office went forward with revisions last November, not the most auspicious time admittedly, with CWU involvement and an office vote on the revisions - it was a disaster and took weeks to get to a stable working operation. We have had an influx of staff (net 18) and we now cope fairly well except for IPS which is NOT too good.fishtank wrote:I don't think that,after listening to them...any of the two of them have the slightest idea what's going on in Cavendish or for that matter...across the country.
