Affilation whether that be to Labour or someone else does not provide good value for money.

Ending the affilation to Labour would lead to senior figures in the CWU loosing their places on Labours top tables.

The GS role would no longer be part of TULO and the CWU would no longer have a spot on the NEC which is currently held by Andy Kerr counterpart of Dave Ward.

I have never been asked if I support or want CWU policy to be in favour of affilation :no no

Yes, the leader of the Green Party Caroline Lucas was elected last year for Brighton Pavillion.

Came close in Norwich South as well, but were pipped by a Lib Dem in seeing of Charles Clark of Labour.

Green party MEPS as did SNP MEPs voted against the postal services directives in the European Parliament.
Are there any Green MPs in Westminster as a matter of interest?

Yes Caroline Lucas - MP for Brighton pavilion

Incidentally Brighton is now the first Green led Council. The Green Party emerged as the largest group on Brighton and Hove council on Friday, winning ten more seats to make a total of 23, against 18 Tories and 13 Labour.
