jupiters cock, chill out brother.take some time off sick,If you think about all the shite going on,it will do your head in.just accept that your arse is Royal Mail property to do with as they see fit.The only way to win ,is have your full sick entitlements for the year about 3 months, plus your holiday.in total about 20 weeks.we have a rota in our office for sick leave.my turn next week,3 weeks off lovely, thanks RM.they treat us like shite, just paying them back. :wave
How can you have 3 weeks sick? You will need a doctors note for more than 7 days sick!
all that weight we carry, bad backs are always a problem, just get a note on the seventh day, tell doc you always carry heavy objects, and he will give you a 10 day note, phone your office and tell them you have a 10 days doc's note,if they phone before 10 days up ,tell them not to harass you.have the other 4 days off,if they ask for another note to cover those 4 days, tell them not to harass you, they will leave you alone,as long as you put your back trouble in the accident book, you are untouchable.go for it.what have you got to lose! a shite job.go on go for it,nice weather coming up soon, get your tan going early this year. :wave
It's my turn this next few weeks to go sick.

right on brother,we have 5 off sick at moment,I think it might have something to do with the nice weather.1 back this Saturday, then another 2 to go off on their sick leave next week.I am lucky to work in a office like this,we are all brothers together, the manager can't touch us ,if we all stick together.start at 6.15, finish at 11.00, the good old days are still here.jupiters cock,if we all had to work like some of the offices on this site,we would all leave.chill you lot,and all get together then you are untouchable.divided you fall.

Does the mail arrive early enough and in sufficent quanity to make earlier start times than what RML/your DOM are proposing viable?

The task of reps/mbrs is to look at the mail arrivial pattern work out the earlist viable start time and if RML try to go later than start time you oppose RML.

The second delivery was abolished as most of the mail was arriving at a time when it could all go out on the first delivery, we are now modernising, introducinng more hi-tech machines and good progress is being made, so some of the mail now arrives later, so we need to bring back the second delivery, but of course under a new name, as progress means to move forward not back.

big baz because we are attached to a mail centre they will be running all the walk sequanced mail for the outlying offices first and we will be last they say our second batch of walk sequanced mail will be available to us at 9-45 , the union are disputing this tho and at the moment nothing is happening the bosses seem in no rush to put the changes in especially now they have to put 2 extra jobs in and 8 vans !
