I actually had this once, except i had somehow triggered a killer migraine on top of the illness and the sound of the phone ringing and my managers voice knocked me off kilter completely and triggered some pretty violent vomitting. However, due to how suddenly it came on i didn't have time to hang up, poor manager

you can be ill anywhere, home address, 200 miles away in a hotel,just phone in every 2 days,make full use of your sick entitlement ,look on it as extra holiday,it also makes up for low wages for the hard job you do.
