i am a 4 day aweek 5.30 till 14.20
How does that work?...it's only 35hrs20mins.

Have you had a revision since BT2010 was voted in?
If yes and it was a sequenced mail revision then your total working hours for each day added together should come to 39 hours.

as we're all mostly doing 40hr week and not the 39 as promised , where's the 1 hr overtime payment for each week ?????????

Anybody actually had this happen yet? Told by our DIM that they can't workout how to do it so it has gone by the wayside.

"d2d being put into envelopes to make prep easier" that was always a non-starter, there is no way in hell that the companies sending out d2d would want their items put into an envelope (even if another company's d2d was in another envelope) as it would make it too easy for the end customer to bin their d2d without even looking at one item.
The 39 hour week I can't see that happening as it would probably mean having to put duties in as most MCs will only just clear by the end of their shift even in the summer
