Not all, I had some of my Amazon orders delivered by our rival pkt/pcl delivery companies.
Some of them must've been in the system already before RM got the rest of them.

I was led to believe that one of the factors of the 2010 and Beyond Agreement was a willingness by Royal Mail to improve the relationship with the staff and members of the cwu. What a fantastic opportunity this would have been for Mr Higson and his compatriots to have made some kudos by looking at the conditions we were having to work in, together with the extra business generated by packets over christmas and as a one off, doubled the Christmas Bonus, as a mere thankyou to the work that was put in. What a statement that would have made for the start of 2011. Yes for many in real terms this would have been peanuts, but for once we would have seen a management team think on their feet, gain a tinge of credibility and put into practise one of the aims of the agreement.
Unfortunately we have a team that has only one goal in mind and that is to create the chaos that the shareholder desires, borne out by the appointment of Moya Greene, in order to achieve the political aims of the coalition government of 100% privitisation of this publicly owned business, in order to raid the honey pot of the RM pension Fund, and whatever other backhanded benefits they can amass from such a sell off.
