most of the number one branch were all removed at one time,but with the situation of you get votes for me and i will for you
they are all back in them postitions.
no point in any one standing against the rep on our floor ,his relationship with higher managers would cause you hell.
they even chaged the locks on the union room door ,so a decent rep from other floor could no longer use it.
he has now left his position.
people who didnt realise before ,how corrupt they wereare now slowly but surely realising it ,when they need them and they do nothing, or in some cases work against you!!

It sounds like you are all working beyond capacity. Your unit is probably doing more work than you have available hours for. The problem is they will not recruit until the revisions are completed.
We have had a recruitment "freeze" so long and hard that it makes the present cold snap seem like a day in Barbados.
In some ways it has suited the members (plenty o/t) but the wheels come off big time when there just aren't enough bodies to cover the workload.
