when we had EP in our office we were regulary hitting an EP of 250, resulting in a bonus being paid to all OPG's of £130 a month.

Why would you want to beat that, Is it sensible to make a rod for your own back. Ep is based on an office workload against hours used. To achieve 117 there would have to be a hell of a lot of flyers and early starters..Shame on you
