Lets face the job sucks, most people only do now to perv at good lookin women or men on their walks. Today i just about walked into a lampost perving females leggys. And having to drag my chin at the same time .

The job

Love it - its the best job I have done, ever.

However, it would be a lot better without RM Politics, without the mis management at all levels.

Its weird RM makes the simple task of delivering mail vastly complicated.
It makes loyal and hard working staff become more militant.
It speeds up the process by making earlier collections and later deliveries - thereby actually slowing it down.
It makes sorting mail more efficient by adding an extra process.
It improves the Uniform of its staff by taking away popular items and replacing them with cheaper items not up to the task.
It purchases shoes that last 6 months and insists that they must last 2 years.
It voluntarily undercharges its competitors as a strategic exercise to control the most expensive part of the pipeline.
It believes a good idea to improve Industrial relations is to brief against its staff during a ballot.
It thinks a a way to improve morale is to say that we were overpaid and less efficient than our competitors and then pay senior managers millions for working "plurally"

So yes Love the Job - hate the crap that comes with it.
