Ive worked the callers / business replies office and it can get very stressed with the knobs you get in sometimes. There was no £20 phg allowence either :sad:

However Edward has a point because no matter how you look at it our D2D workload has almost doubled for less money yet the indoor staff are doing no more but getting £20 extra.
