This has been happening in our MC with apprentices. Also moving a full time worker into another full time duty (due to EVR) and then his previous duty will vanish. I could have punched the union rep in the f****ing head and then he had the cheek to smile at me later. Ive been with Royal Mail six years and theres alot of people like me in our MC, its disgusting.
