I don't think anyone was accusing you personally of having made up the letter scl -just saying it looked like a fake

Yes, the letter does look a bit odd, its off centre and the language seems a little unprofessional. I believe that it wasn't meant to be sent and that had we rejected the deal for 2010 and beyond, this would have been a bargaining tool for Royal Mail. So much for the advice we got from the union that if we reject this deal, there is nothing else on the table.......

I have had a few messages from other posties who have said that they too have had the letter and no, we didn't get the early shift allowance/20074 pay and protection money this week which is the whole point of this post. We had the letter to say they weren't going to take it away...........and then they did.

Some of you may argue "so what? That's RM for you" but our DO see things a different way.............there is talk of Rule 13 being invoked and you don't get more serious than that :hmmmm
