If the 1hr15 prep time is right, then you won't prep 2000+ items in that time unless you are superhuman.
And you should still get 1 in 4 Saturdays off unless you don't want them?

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Re: Hours have changed
My walk is a solid 4 hours on a light day. Plus 15 minutes there and back.
Of course I'd love the Saturday off, especially when the football season starts again!

Re: Hours have changed
Remember that if you switch to a 4 day week that you only do 16.6% d2d's per day. Do not allow them into pressurising you into taking extra as the payment will cease soon and you will only get £12.50 delivery supplement for your 25 hour contract regardless of whether you do 4x16.6% or 4x25%. It is up to your dom to make sure the other 33.2% gets done.
The time has come to stop turning the other cheek, time to stop shaking our heads in bitter dismay, time to stop mumbling our angry words.
The time has come for union.

Am I right in saying that you have been told that this change will be implemented without any prior discussion or agreement between you, your rep and the dom ?

Yes. I was taken in the office with the manager, and he told me my hours had changed and 30 seconds later I was back at my fitting!Lincox wrote:Am I right in saying that you have been told that this change will be implemented without any prior discussion or agreement between you, your rep and the dom ?

Re: Hours have changed
Then why are you not pushing the agreement down his throat and telling him that he cannot change by executive action, he has to comply with the agreement. Put in a grievance if he is not prepared to listen to what changes you are happy to make.
