That about 50% of my office screwed. Whats the betting the managers will try and let cars continue :arrrghhh

You will all be sharing vans...so no cars needed!! I want to be with the youngest fittest person in the office so he can do all the running while I have a kip :cuppa in the back of the van :cuppa

THEGHOST; agree totally with you mate,at GMC a lot of us have lost more than £18 a week :cry .they took our Sunday night shift from us --£21+lost but hey they now let us come in on Friday night at no extra cost  .they did'nt let us down though ......they put an extra 5 hour Sunday shift in every 2nd Sun (for the time being...it wont last with the changes they want to make in the not too distant future)so now we ex Sunday night starts have to work seven shifts a week to earn what we did 2 years ago :mad It's a bad deal and time will prove it.An utter disgrace that 55 thousand of our colleagues? could'nt be ar..d to vote :Sick they should be ashamed of themselves. Royal Mail must think they grown another set now Just wait till the dust settles and the big stick comesout again.......we are our own worst enemies

No we are not, when I come back from a walk, tired and soaking wet, to see a lorry driver sat in the welfare room watching television or alseep in the cab, funny thing is I don't have time to do that, and now he will get paid £20 more for doing it !!

I'll stay in the CWU, bu tI wll never ever go on strike for any disputes the rest of the back stabbing, 30 pieces of silver taking Mail centre and logistics staff may have.

When they have spent their carrot and Royal Mail are shafting them left, right and centre, I'll just laugh myself silly.

It's delivery staff only that get the £20 D2D payment.

Part timers pro rata...

SO, if I'm doing full time hours on a full time round but with only a part time contract, how is it fair that I get paid less for D2D than the guy on the frame next to me who's on a full time contract, even though we're delivering the same amount of stuff?!

Pro rata sucks testicles.
