not a great response to the thread, enjoy your £3 but you no longer have a say in decisions that affect your working life. WE are the union RM prefer it becomming weaker. Im staying in despite financially losing out this time.

tell ya what lad, you have as much of a say as i do, thats a fact, the cwu is dead,ive never seen such an inept lot even at local level, the higher up you go, the more useless they are, never get involved, always back the management.

3 bucks pays my lotto syndicate every week, thatll do me.

well you wont get a vote on any future deals thats for sure and though you didnt like it the membership voted this deal through - that holds the sway in a democracy. Now we move forward and work with what we have got. Cant see for the life of me how comming out of the union will help. You cant change Hayes/Ward at the top from outside laddie.

And what's more to the point Ted you can't change it from the inside! If people came out in sufficient numbers there would be a financial deficit to match the pension fiasco - and they would have to realise you cannot keep taking the money and not performing.

TBH teddy I wouldn't want to vote on any more deals like this - this isn't going to last the course.
