We were told by an area rep that if we had worthy excuses we could avoid "flexibility" occasionally but to repeatedly refuse would be regarded as unreasonable and not in keeping with the agreement.

You would of had the "Enabler" in which would of been signed off before weeks 10 to 21. In this would of been the 30 minutes flex. (This would been about 2008). If your rep didn't do one then get one done.2007 agreement still applies.
