I don't think royalmail will want you too as in the near future a five day week will be introduced and all the day rest staff will be made redundant!. USO will be changed soon and it don't matter whichever government is in!.Big Daz wrote:fishtank wrote:Don't you think the members are entitled to see them before they vote.belle smith wrote:They are not part of the agreement.fishtank wrote:Does that include the agreed performance standards and the menu of attendance patterns etc,etc.........lovejoy wrote:

Cheers for the update lovejoy.
Shared vans and work rates are essential as CDV have been listed as a delivery method and work rates come in to it via DTD into workload, no point in agreeing to DTD into workload without being certain that the new work rates which take into account DTD are up to the job.
Saturday guidelines are not a issue as 1 in 4 sats off is not mandatory, they need to be availble when revision activty starts so the mbrs can make a informed decision if they want the saturday off planned into the local revision. If the agreement said 1 in 4 sats off will happen for every person regardless of if they want that, then yes that would need to be in the agreement. Nobody has to move off their 5 day week.

No i think the members are entiteld to know that they are not part of the agreement!fishtank wrote:Don't you think the members are entitled to see them before they vote.belle smith wrote:They are not part of the agreement.fishtank wrote:Does that include the agreed performance standards and the menu of attendance patterns etc,etc.........lovejoy wrote:

With regard to the menu of options it's not binding you may end up with somthing diffrent wether you like it or not. in the longer term i think we all will.
The performance standards will not be agreed until after the agreement is ratified, if it's ratified. So we have no idea what they will be, or wether they will be changed later.
I think the members are entiteld to have them in the agreement! and not a vision of how things might be. ie sales pitch

Of course they wont.
The strike ballot died around the time you were tucking into your Christmas dinner.
Fresh strikes would require a fresh ballot and that would end in an embarrassing defeat.
So your absolutely right there will be no more NATIONAL industrial action.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
