Amen brother. Let em bring this shite in and just work to your new times, also following H&S guidelines,ie weighing bags,CDV checks,no cutting across peoples lawns, making sure you knock a door twice and wait for a while to see if anyones in before even reaching for your pockets for a 739 card etc etc then lets see then if you have time in your new contract hours to absorb. Lets face it i think even the thickest of thick wont be rushing around now knowing they cant go home early anymore as you will have to work to your new hours so what is the point.

Thats why we ALL need to stick together on this, not just a few offices here an there, every office in the country, as they cant sack a complete workforce eh. Was having an interesting chat with our rep yesterday and he reckons alot of reps know it wont work all thier new plans an ideas because of the different balance in workload etc and he reckons RM will have to end up putting hours back into the offices aslong as we do our jobs correctly. We know it wont work in our office even one of the gaffers has said the same.
