95% of part timers don't get allowances for early starts so why should they get that part of the delivery supplement. 95% of part timers get their walks thrown out by full timers to allow them a "flyer " when they come in fresh from a good nights sleep. 95% of part timers can't sort - won't sort on IPS. If you don't like it el cartero, then do what 95 % of full timers did, and have the patience to wait until you become a full timer and work to support all the part timers who get exactly what they deserve - a part time payment for a part time job.
hes got a point this guy, why should part timers be entitled to the same suppliment as ft when ft are having their early shift into this allowance? the thing is this allowance wont stand for anything, it wont be an allowance for early shift or door to doors, even though we know thats what it all is behind the wording, this is how they can justify doing it pro rata. It sucks but thats the way it is, and el cartero id be suprised if you get your membership for the cwu before they put out the voting cards.

Re: Protest for a NO
i started 4 months ago and filled out the union forms on my 2nd day and i am still not a member yet,i ask the union rep every week what is going on and all he says is i will phone the office and sort it,if i dont get to vote on the agreement in time i wont be joining,i am also part time but since december i have been working 40 hours a week, cant remember last time i had a day off,if this deal is real i wont be working anymore over time or days off again,
