Rurals have vans and towns have bikes, rurals have no upper time limit to be out (can be up to 6 hours in my office).

In my office full time town walks are 6-2 and rurals with vans are 7-3. Theory is one hour less sorting and an extra hour on delivery, as with most things in RM this doesnt always go to plan.
