Re: Share in success?
Share in success finished in 2006. The colleague shares were in three lumps 2007(400ish) 2008 (300ish) and should have been a further allocation (300ish) in August 2009. These last ones were never allocated. So it's a fair guess that this last allocation will be used to part finance any pay deal. Dividend payment should be £200 for natioal profits and the same for local profits(ie. RM Letters etc.) should be paid at end of May 2010. Or will this be used to part finance any pay deal???Hope this helps.

Re: Share in success?
The value of the collegue shares is ofcourse open to RM interpretation on the 'value of the company'. With a pension deficit running at around 7BILLION pounds and a payment into the fund of 850MILLION last year I think they could easily say the company is worthless and so pay us nothing for the shares. Or more likely charge us an admin fee if we send them back to them.
