Yes, so long as you did your contracted hours during the rest of the week (ie 25/30/40)- officially according to Royal Mail you were not on strike.

Check with CWU rep (just to make doubly sure I'm not feeding you garbage) and then go to Lineo or DOM as they are the ones who put you down as undertaking legal Industrial Action.

it was my day off last friday and they still took a day's pay off me!

i work sunday-thursday night.22.15-06.15.my night off was friday last week, the reason i and another 4 people who also had friday off didnt get paid was because our dom didnt check peoples days off andjust deducted everyone.useless twat
