There is no point in filling them in so just don't do it, as I said before, why should we do their job for them. And if they insist on you filling them in at the time then just put a line through each page and in the comments section write 'I am being forced to fill this in by my bullying manager' then seal it up and put it in the post or just hand it straight to the manager and let him/her deal with it in whatever way they see fitting.

I had a feeling for a some time this was the case. Our DIM keeps harking on about us filling them out ( they came in last week). But the recent fiasco over the weather and the day-to-day skirmishes have not only dampened people's willingness to fill them in but they've swayed the vote against him.Suffolkpostie wrote:Never fill em out because they are a cash cow for management, i heard their bonuses are linked not to the results, but to how many they can get filled in!!!![]()
Years gone by, we'd get half an Hours O.T for filling them in.Now zilch. The incentive now is to put everyone's name in a hat who filled one out and the winner gets an extra days annual leave. One of our lads is still waiting after four years for it :(
