It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

We should add - Knocking on Heaven's Door to Door.(Choose your own artist)
Green Day's anti-starburst anthem -I walk alone.
And the Proclaimers:
I would walk 500 mles (main duty)
I would walk 500 more (lapsing)
To be the man who walked a thousand miles to fall down at your door.(Dead from exhaustion)

I like the idea of this being applied in politics.
They could have themed entrances in The House of Commons so every time Cameron entered they could play The Jam's "Eton Rifles"

As a newly elected rep it would be too early for me to pick a record for the manager.
For me however it would have to be - Fun Boy Three - "The lunatics have taken over the asylum".
Round up the usual suspects.
