You come on this forum constantly bashing management, yet if you were one you'd ban posties from wearing shorts?

Correct onaflyer i am a DIM basher as they are thick as feck.

And the reason i said if i was one i would make them wear trousers , is there should be and used to be a code of practise for wearing uniform at certain times of the year long trousers had to be worn and also after the summer months you had to wear a tie many of you that have worked for R/M for many years will recall this.

So flyer im not a kettle as your picture portrayed just someone that tells the truth unlike yourself with the BULLSHITE you have spouted off in other posts.

Unlike you i believe that at certain times of the year we should look as respectable as possible. I do have some pride working for R/M regardless of all the shite they throw at us and we are the face of R/M and in my opinion wearing shorts all year round makes you look stupid and un-proffessional. The customers may pass a comical response to the posties that do wear shorts all round but they are laughing at the postie not with him.

So flyer get off your high horse and chillax .

I will not get into an online argument with you flyer ive said my piece now and im leaving it at that so your response is meaningless now so dont bother.

Happy New Year

You call my posts bullshite then tell me not to answer back?

You're always right, and seem to like telling people what to do - maybe you should go for a management position, I think you'd enjoy the power :wave

No, must just be you.

Back on subject, as far as i'm concerned staff should be allowed to wear whatever part of the uniform they want. The fact that anyone wearing RM issue shorts(at anytime of year) looks a bit of a sad tool doesn't really come into it.

ONAFLYER yawn yawn yawn the only DIM here mate is you reading from some of your previous posts .

Why dont you go run into your office and lock the door behind you if you cant find the Key you can allways use your desk as an anderson shelter. INNNNNN COMMMMMMING

Is that the best you can do advise me to be a DIM instead of actually responding to the dress code i explained in my post tut tut tut.

Also i cant recall when ive actually told people what to do i have given advise on similar situations i have been in and steps i took to rectify what ever issue it may have been.

If you havnt figured it out yet i am very direct in what i say and feel please dont get this mixed up with arrogance.
