Nah, if they watched Mud Men on the History channel this week they'll have learnt a potted history of 17thC Guild tokens, and will have started taking it from there  ( presentation of idea to committees, viability studies, creation of nationwide roll out plans and timetables, identification and selection of test offices, design of RM "guild tokens", signing of £17M contract for production of tokens, list of excuses prepared and reviewed for inevitable pointing & incredulous laughing from tabloids, check table of management that grabbed credit at commencement that will not recieve blame, programme of OPG and equivelent grade reductions & reductions to T&Cs to cover est. £621M costs approved, Guild Token programme stopped and expunged from Corporate memory like any number of bright ideas such as electric HCTs )
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?
