don't think so! Currently I have about an hours work on the office getting ready then 15minsto delivery, 30 mins break and then 15 mins back that leaves 3 hours to deliver the same 3 hrs work I do now I can't go quicker or do more it's physically impossible. So if they way more better get there arse in gear and has it bagged up for me when I start.DGP1 wrote:Yes but in that time you'll have to do a 6 hours deliverymydaily wrote:Thankfully I won't as only work 5hrs.DGP1 wrote:Just wait until you're doing 6 hour deliveries![]()

Good point, but I feel their should be some official recognition of our repetive work strain ,and I am 1 who is suffering ,and seriously worried about longer deliveries,I can barley cope now as do many of my mates.I dont know the answers that why I thought we had a independent Union who cared for our welfare. But recent events .I now realise the CWU nationaly is just a another part of RM.lazyjack wrote:So what will happen for those of us who physicaly dont think they can manage it? I never said that's all they try to give me I cut off most days usually levaing upto two hrs a day worth of delivery though this last week was quiet and not needed to cut off once. So any more work just means more to cut off.DGP1 wrote:Only 3 hours workmydaily wrote:don't think so! you need to get some more onto your delivery, another 3 hours should do it and you should be grateful that you have a job at all

you will no doubt be called a lazy bastard and that if you dont like the job then you can go, or as i got told by a sector manager when i was on light duties with a frozen shoulder "i know what you can do, if you don't want to work then we'll see what happens"lazyjack wrote:So what will happen for those of us who physicaly dont think they can manage it? When I first read that I was wondering when they started giving out payments for poorly planned sex games then I worked out that you mean delivering mailstokes11eg wrote:I've decided I'm going to die on the job. Then we can claim that payment from the union! i'll get something off them yet.!
