It is not what you work in the qualifying period that determines the amount for pro rata , it is what your contracted hours are ie 20 or 25 not the fact you worked 40 for the 4 week busy period.

You could try to get your Manager give you a temporary 40 hour contract for the Xmas pressure
period, which would entitle you to the full Xmas supplement.
We do get a number of PT made up to FT over Xmas at my MC.

Says in that agreement if you are part time and work full time hours during the 4 week xmas pressure you get full entitlement.

But I gather they widnae give ye it in full anyway knowing them.

I can remember when the boss would personaly thank you for your work over the year then give you a big Xmas hamper......and Id always stuff me face full of mince pies and choccies before I went to do my round

TBH I can`t see why you are all getting your knickers in a twist over a poxy £100, after all the sh!t we have to put up with year in and year out £100 just doesn`t seem worth it, all it does is make those monkey`s above us feel better that yet again they have found another carrot to dangle in front of the workforce.

Come end of December when we have finally finished trudging the streets after being weighed down delivery everyone else's Christmas and we are too knackered to enjoy our own I think £500 might be more nearer the mark of what we deserve.

Yippety do-dah £100 and 50 stamps...........Bah humbug more like..........I bet RM pay their secretaries more than the pay deliveries.
