The one that is like 100 years old? The one that is like £50 a measure? Have a few of them at the end of the night.

Just before the bill comes have a mate call you and take the call outside though......

Don't go back in....DO A RUNNER!!!

THEN SEE HOW THE STRIKE BREAKERS LIKE BEING s**t ON WHEN PEOPLE DON'T STICK TOGETHER FOR SOMETHING THAT IS MORALLY RIGHT
YOU have done this before havnt you pmsl

I had a mate who used to hide in the toilet when it was his round, it drove us nuts  So we all followed him, stealth like, and stood outside the cubicle waiting. 10 mins later he came out to a big surprise  we then frogmarched him to the bar and made him cough up :dance Oh and yes he was a postie :d'oh!

Couple of years back we had a great chef and he came up with the idea of a xmas dinner,we would all put in a fiver and he would do the business.
On the day we were supposed to have it the canteen looked the bollox and the food as well, was just about to pay me fiver when i found out there was going to be some managers there, one manger who had already been thrown out of our office for being useless and a couple others who are right *****,I didn't bother,i went home.
I aint breaking bread with them!I thought it was just the blue shirts that were gonna be there.

No strike breakers at the time as it was pre 07.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Suppose i better hold my hands up .

About 4-5 years back went to a chaps leaving do i had no intentions of staying so only took a fiver out with me.

Well lets just say i got well and truly blottoed could hardly walk .

Ended up in the local pool hall were i found myself in the female toilets staggered home awoke the next day with one all mighty hangover and still had the fiver in my arse pocket.

Still to this day the chaps in the office have not let me forget it and any new start they inform them of my past mr.meaners .

To tell you the truth i got that pissed im rather proud of not spending a penny anyway all posties are tight arses arnt they.

If the strike breakers in our office didn't turn up then each striker would be sat down with 4 dinners each :nana

Come on doone who would go out and admit to having a few glasses of shandy with DIMS.

If my fellow collegaues want to get me pissed doone it would be rude of me to say no wouldnt it

We don't have a formal Xmas dinner we just sort of go out for a few beers and a bite of food. Whilst no-one "disinvites" the strike breakers they do have the good sense not to turn up. Wise move really :hmmmm
