We just want you to work the full hours your paid. correct, the problem is the amount of work royal mail says is possible in the said time. due to harassment and bullying people are coming in early, not having a break, ignoring bag weights, using cars, not claiming for overtime and running about like idiots because they are intimidated. a call into the office for a quiet word with the dim. why have you claimed overtime, cut off etc, other people don't. whats wrong with YOU. not a pleasant experience for some. the dim always has a well rehearsed pile of bullsh1t thats he trots out with supreme confidence also it's one to one, no witnesses. in royal mails eyes these people have proved it can be done through no fault of their own. people have morgages, bills, children, they are the main wage earner. these dims must have no conscience to put a working man under such pressure and a distinct lack of balls to continuously trot out the lying royal mail propaganda and trying to make the unworkable work instead of reporting back saying it can't. this is a reign of terror that must be stopped.

The reason i worked overtime is because i found that the work load was far exceding the available dutie hours left,of course if you are not happy with the solution i have chosen to use today then please tell me now and i will not use that solution again 
we will have to look at alternative solutions, 
at this stage the dumb manager had a smile on his face then i said i know what happy commen ground we could use i will come back and if there is more than 16kg of mail to bring back you can go and get it and deal with what i have also bought back,at that point the smile will leave his face 
,the manager then said it's not my fault im just doing what i have been told to do,so i explained i only work 40 hours a week so he better get use to it!i like alot of others work our full hours plus more and we should be treated with a little more respect than we are.This is a regular conversation with managers in our DO everyday when things aint going thier way.
