It's quite simple, really: Answer it honestly, and pay particular attention to the bit at the end, where you can add comments. Just try not to put anything that could identify you (or risk a disciplinary!). Just the same as if you're posting on here, really. :hmmmm
Unfortunately if you work in a smallish unit it is almost impossible to avoid being identified. My line manager has told me he knows everything I write because they are not anonymous, not really.
One year our manager told us the forms had been lost in the post.Special Delivery as well. How could that happen?
Always make sure you tick the box that says you have witnessed or been the victim of bullying in your unit.It is the only one they care about and it took someone commiting suicide before they even began to take that seriously.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Something did happen, the last 2 times we had bad ones. But it only lasts 'till we're "out of the spotlight". Then things go back to the way they were before. Which is probably why we've had 2 bad ones in a row. Still. The next one will be interesting, if they ever get around to giving it to us. :chuckle

Trouble with the next one will be the attitude "well we knew it would be bad due to the IA" and thus right it off. Happened before :arrrghhh
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

I agree with you now after what happened in my office. What a waste of time.

The DOM won't let us see the result's from the comments page, he say's that people can tell who wrote the comments.
The truth is that many people complained about his bullying methods.
We will never know the truth as in true Royal Mail tradition let's ignore peoples views and make anything not positive dissappear.

Does anybody know if he is allowed to do this. Next year just let the DOM fill them out himself.

Smash the bullies vote Yes
NO he has to display the results to the office (all the results!!) :no no :no no

Ours has stopped publishing the comments..

He decided to "summarise" [read edit/censor] comments for us...

The last one we filled in hasn't been seen or heard of since....

He usually hands them out a day or two before the deadline, claiming he forgot all about it...

Anyway, nowt ever gets done, as you all know...
