The one-to-ones are designed for the managers to put over the company line because people are less likely to stand up for themselves if they're isolated but with the useless management we have it usually has the opposite affect.

1. OK not bad
2. Yes to the Outdoor part and No to the Indoor.
3. Yes
4. No.
5. Yes if it had bearing on job or CWU.

But as people have stated don't go in without rep/witness.
Thanks T.B.T as always you have all the answers too most of all the questions we put on here!. Another question are their any questions in these ONE TO ONE's about the interviewees competence or attitude to the job?.

Not in mine - TBH I think it was a management tick the boxes exercise rather than anything else. Of course there is always the chance that they may ask other things but always take your rep or a witness in with you, just in case they have changed the questions since mine, or if the manager is acting on instructions from on high.

I refuse to sign anything that the manager asks :so there , it really pisses him off :left: :cfo
