Hopefully those in the Alamo will be still alive by the time the rest are ready to join us.
And likewise may we in the CWU be victorious at the final battle of San Jacinto.

I would say rumour as the only official mention of strike action on the CWU website is the one about IpswichLowkeyizsik wrote:Does anyone know if this is a rumour or fact?

Sorry to ask, I know this question was raised with the 2007 strikes but I've forgotten, what happens if your DO is within a MC?dingo wrote:Notices were served to Royal Mail and the strike will go ahead on 8th 9th and 10th of july. Re: 3 Day Strike Commencing Wednesday 8th July
In London we have two within the mail centre 4 walls and two within the overall complex of mail centres.
EC deliveries is within the Mount Pleasant office and have chosen to go out with the mail cente on Friday 10th of July.
E16 which is within the East London mail centre has chosen to go out with the other delivery offices on Weds 8th July.
Both SW1 and SW3 who are attached to Nine Elms will both take strike action when the other delivery offices on 8th July.
So its a matter of discussion with the Branch and local reps over when they want to go out.
