They'll not ignore the results, they'll just send them back until they get the figures they want (duties in my office started off at 5 hours but because they where supposed to be van shares they had to cut them to 4 hours 15minutes which they did by adjusting the computer until the same walks where what they wanted).tolkien wrote:just had the pegasus review completed down here DOM not a happy bunny as apparently most of our deliveries are over the top some massively he was convinced some of us were really taking the piss with cutting off and booking OT and was looking at pegasus to wait and make yet more cuts .What he going to do now ignore the results SURELY NOT??

If the van share comes in at 4.15hrs and our current delivery time in our office is 3.30including 15 min to be dropped out, where is extra time coming from,no new machinery in sight anywher localy.
Proably a silly question knowing RM planning, but if rounds get bigger less sorting time on IPS how does it all work ?
Speaking to a Guy who works in another office,he was saying as they are allowed to use their own cars in his office they can finish earlier as they get round quicker.
Personaly I do not think using a car or a Van is any quicker, definatley easier and more convienent but not quicker.
In my mate office although they have had pegusus put in without any trouble at all and rounds are bigger ,they finnish about 1-1.30 hrs earleir than my office,I cant see how using a car would make so much difference.
I personaly beleive 2 thinks regardless of your own speed, the main factors are size and type of round and what time you are allowed to leave office.I know for a fact 1 office nearby ,
they are allowed to leave at least 1/2 a hour before us and their rounds are smaller.
