What a miserable looking sod - get him sacked, he must be a complete turn off for the rest of the happy souls in his office :whistle

As for good offices and working relationships our office has 160 staff, every man and woman comes in with a smile on the face, that lasts about 20 seconds.

yokel wrote:I hear a lot of complaining particularly about bad behaviour by managers but my office aint that bad. OK , we have had georoute imposed and a few walks look daft but a few lost some delivery. There didn't seem to be that much complaint about it. Looks like nights is going which does affect some guys, some of which have grabbed voluntary redundancy and some of which can stay or be relocated, but again, generally, not much complaint. Our managers, GENUINELY, don't seem to like what is being imposed on the office but don't have much choice but to go along with it. There is definitely none of the aggression I hear about on this site, we have no problems with overtime, if you go over you book it. The managers are approachable and although the old timers do say the job is not as good as it was, the office is, on the whole, a happy place to work. Are there any other reasonably happy offices out there?
Our office is a good place to work :Very Happy We have 2 decent managers,we do a 4 day week :nana and most of the staff get on with one another :cool we do have days when some of the boys and girls have a moan, but overall i think its a good office with a strong union and a strong branch behind it :dance
