Works out that indoor work will be split 3 into 2 with one of the 3 doing IPS all morning and the other 2 throwing their own and half the other off. Oh and the remaining night shift will be removed completely too.
Some days we barely have enough time to do our own and the DOM hasnt made allowances for prep of D2D in this time either.
Im sure they could make some savings but 600 hours seems like a hell of alot of work to remove.
Its worrying as our DOM is ruthless and inhuman with no people skills. A total robot.
How long before RM start using the conduct code for perfomance related issues?
It is exactly the same in our office, they want 600 hours out ; or 13 walks and 3 driving duties to go.
RM keeps cutting walks and duties so much that it has to affect 'Quality of Service' to our customers and must affect everyones' health [expecting us to deliver more and more].
Where will it end?
There are only so many cuts we can take, the office has already been 'cut to the bone'.
It is time we stood up to RM and fight against all cuts.
