I thought they had gone to 10 issues a yearmoggymoz wrote:We had to take all of them, robd wrote:Ours arrived for delivery today!
got the usual "2 days to deliver them"![]()
but it got me thinking,as far as i know, there's no longer a full programme
guide inside, and as such would make them less time sensitive.
in theory we should be under less pressure to deliver by the end of
the month,as they should really be that months edition.
murdoch could have saved himself a bob or two as i think they were
all 2nd class.![]()

also it looks like they have gone back to monthly instead of every 2 months

Remember when Sky mags were as big as catalogues? and you had to take so many out with second delivery-
it was the only way it could be done

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Sky mags
Got mine saturday morning, with two days to deliver. Took those I was going to anyway (about 75%), then monday, another 50 or so turned up. Took them all out, and whats happens? Today (tues) get even more! Just been on this walk a month so these are the first Sky mags I've done. Seems every house has Sky :(
