After a lot of foot-stamping and gnashing of teeth by me and an email to Moya I now get 6 weeks A/L entitlement by right because I have 3 lots of service for R.M totalling over 20 years. I even got reimbursed for paying out to purchase A/L unnecessarily. They don't like it and will try to fob you off but keep trying and you will succeed.
