Yup....40hr on new 37hr contracts have that in their contract.

Legacy won't have to do it thought cos they are all too busy union voting to shaft the new entrants and every step :whistle

I actually cannot tell if this is serious. Me personally, I voted yes so that the new entrants could become sacrificial. If they are doing Sundays and s**t evening shifts, I'm not :dance

Plus union members went on strike for 12(?) days to try and protect every employees rights, plus it wasn't legacy staff who voted to accept their recent pay rise/equalisation offer.
