Here's how. You will need to write a resolution to your branch. You will have to wait for a response. The branch committee will decide if the resolution is legitimate. Then you will have to wait for a branch meeting. If you get this far you will then to have enough support at the branch meeting to get the resolution through. In the meantime the real world continues and paying members are getting smashed to pieces.
