Because everyone is leaving,delivery staff run into the ground.. and broken. the job is no longer doable.. and the company have a national staffing crisis..

And I don't know wanting the delivery staff to be better looked after , means being lowest of the low...

For how many years has it been £100 plus £100 compensation for scrapping the original Crozier/Leighton ‘Colleague Shares’ scheme? I reckon Leighton left in 2009-ish?
So how much has inflation eroded that £200?? It certainly buys a lot less now than 200 quid did 16 years ago
