I'm not trolling, I was only trying to make notice delivery staff deserve a better xmas amount..wandererpaul wrote: ↑15 Dec 2025, 14:14why post the same crap twice? viewtopic.php?f=1&t=117944
Stop trolling.
I'm actually thinking of the delivery staff by being selfless, not trolling..

You are trolling. You posted your lies once already. You’re trying to get a reaction, which is trolling. Lowest of the low.

Yes your right a reaction from royal mail to request a better reward their posties...a better xmas amount for the hard work.. they do..wandererpaul wrote: ↑16 Dec 2025, 22:15You are trolling. You posted your lies once already. You’re trying to get a reaction, which is trolling. Lowest of the low.
Because everyone is leaving, delivery staff run into the ground.. and broken. the job is no longer doable.. and the company have a national staffing crisis..
And I don't know wanting the delivery staff to be better looked after , means being lowest of the low...

For how many years has it been £100 plus £100 compensation for scrapping the original Crozier/Leighton ‘Colleague Shares’ scheme? I reckon Leighton left in 2009-ish?
So how much has inflation eroded that £200?? It certainly buys a lot less now than 200 quid did 16 years ago
About time the CWU negotiated a bigger payout !!

Even if they negotiated it wouldn’t be anything substantial, 10% of £200 extra maybe?

Did you post on Robin requesting that RM look to provide an improved Christmas bonus for their posties instead of posting on this isolated forum where there's going to be F all reaction from RM?roadrunner bill wrote: ↑17 Dec 2025, 05:30Yes your right a reaction from royal mail to request a better reward their posties...a better xmas amount for the hard work.. they do..wandererpaul wrote: ↑16 Dec 2025, 22:15You are trolling.
