Have you lost the plot, new businesses do this to create buy in to then shaft people later on also Google jobs will be degree level Royal Mail is unskilled labour in a business with fine profit margins…..take 2 years do a coding course and join google
No such thing as an unskilled job. You talk the job down all you want just like the CWU do. Nowt but an enemy of the working class.

I feel appreciated as I got told I am not working hard enough and then got given a chocolate bar.
Isn't that what you youth call 'gaslighting'?

No.. I've not lost the plot.... the point im making... yes Google employees are superior to royal mail employees.... their minds are off the scale..

But.... for the amount of work that's expected of its employees..
They should be appreciated more....and awarded ...
Whilst I agree that explorers should value and treat their employees with respect and care I disagree that workers for Google are superior. Having a degree or more knowledge in certain areas doesn't make them superior to a postie or any other worker. We all contribute to society no matter what our pay rate or title.
There's no should about it. The law requires a duty of care and a mutual obligation of confidence and trust.

Employees are only superior to each other in the imagination of employers. Employers create this myth to justify driving down pay and conditions. Every job requires skills and all skills are of equal value. That's why Birmingham council is bankrupt because for years they agreed with a union that pay was linked to perceived skills for a job. They then set about paying workers less money for demonstrably equal work. If you think that one employer is superior to another and workers are superior to another you're part of the problem.
