I've had a single tip so far for which I offered my sincere apologies that we have made but three (3) trips to her letterbox in the last calendar month.

Instead of another fine, Ofcom should mandate EP Group send a free chocolate bar to every address in the country like those stupid free lightbulbs in 2008.
Any Questions?
Yeah, how do I get out of this chickenshit outfit?

God! Was is that long ago?

They were a REAL pain in the ass! :thumbdown We had so many left over I've still got a load stashed away in the cupboard. Problem is they're SO big they won't find in most of the new light fittings. That's Karma for you. :cuppa
