Mine was all set up working fine didn’t really use it as I prefer the old app when I found out the old app will be going I tried to log in it won’t let me , so rang the helpline they gave me some long code then I had to go contact my manager and get him to authorise it within 24 hours to much hassle I’ll just carry on using the old people app till it doesn’t work

Can you see holiday pay on Robin ?

My holiday pay spreadsheet seemed to have stalled at September 2025 and I've done quite a lot of overtime recently, either a clitch or stopped updating.

I never qualify with enough overtime but just checked and mine says I haven't qualified stalled at middle of August so even worse than yours in that respect.

It doesn't bother me going on it ted I just go straight onto the people app and ignore all the other guff.

Yeah you need to be logged in but once you are it should work as a direct link without the need to go through the robin home screen and all the guff on it

Says sorry but having trouble signing you in
AADSTS90072: User account '…………. @gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Royal Mail Group Ltd' and cannot access the application 'https://royalmailgroup.workvivo.com/sam ... Mk3DbaQG26'(WorkVivo Prod) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

you cant use a private email address like gmail that you are trying to use ^^^^^^

you have to use your dedicated royal mail email address

will be something like york.mover1@royalmail.co.uk.

Go through the “Verify me” section and put your payroll number and DOB in and it will do it all for you.

At the verify me stage all I get is.a constant grey screen. I leave for ages waiting for it to start never dies .tried many times

Clear you're internet browser and app cache and make sure you are using the correct ".... royalmail.co.uk" email address. Also make sure you're not using a VPN.

I can't view payslips through robin app on my iPhone, it sends a verification code that I need to check in the Microsoft authenticator app and I never receive the codes at all. Can't do it on a Mac desktop as there is no authenticator app available for desktop Mac. This is so poorly desighned how can they shut off the people app in January when so many have problems with this abomination of an app system. How will people see their payslip, ive asked hr to go back to paper payslip don't know if its possible.

You can ask your manager to print you a copy of the wage slip

I didn't use the MS authenticator app as I don't have one on my phone, just re-register and make sure you select that any code is either emailed or texted to your phone?
