It should have been linked to a much better pay deal than we have been offered.
Does anyone else think the outcome of a vote would be of no consequence anyway to the point of being a waste of time, what would happen if it was a no vote and it got introduced regardless? Threaten strike, refuse to assist to implement it like last time when they introduced s**t revisions that still haven't been put right ?

Its not a vote on whether there are any changes at all - I should have rephrased the thread title -

I think its a vote on the method/model used to implement the change - based on 2nd class only needing to be delivered every other day

The 3 doing 4 model is what is being disputed

We arent getting to veto any change at all - just how the change is implemented
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next
