It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Well I love the Courier! I read it every month cover to cover, but it's not as realistic as Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings or The Sun. I think that the people pictured in it (and this is my own opinion) must have been caught 'in a compromising position' and RM have the photos.

Am I hallucinating or did someone mention last year that they kept all theirs in ring binders?

:Applause :chuckle very droll - plenty of people in charge inhabit a parallel universe , Postcon too - what happened to 75% will say it's a great place to work and stamping out bullying :chuckle

Wow, store in ring binders? let me go and buy one!!

I did read it when I first started with RM, but the novelty soon wore off, now I line my chicken coop with it or use it to put my veggie peelings onto before taking them to the composter (oh I'm so green :angel )

I`ve thought about making a Courier`s worth of those pointy wee paper aeroplanes, but, you know, sharp objects, eyes, health and safety...

Mine arrived today even after I sent a it back last month with a gone away sticker on it! :dance So, I glanced at it. The big picture on page 14/15 shows Speech bubble peeps at RM Bordon. If anyone for BORDON orafice sees this site or you know any of them, ask em if its true what they said.

Page 3 shows a tit in the usual tabloid form or is it a Flies skating rink?

Page 4 has a company offering Japanese techniques to Royal Snail. They turned up at Tooth Hurty. Geddit? So lads n lasses Japanses lessons for all. I would start first but i cant roll my tounge round my RRRR's.

The ammount of happy smiling posties is unreal.

Must go cos I am off to check my wifes breasts as on Page 18 :chuckle

:hmmmm I detect a subtle change in tone. Three less than complementary letters in a single issue, indeed one talking of rock bottom morale , unheard of and not disputed in the reply!
Two possibilities strike me,
1 A recognition that they've overdone the propaganda and lost all but the most credulous.
2 IR have deteriorated to such an extent they are embarking on a hearts and minds pr campaign, with' we listen to our people" and some minor concessions. "It will all be better now nasty Allans gone" :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle

His manager will probably get a "request" to conduct him from on high as soon as they spot it. Incorrect uniform or some such conduct issue. :Very Happy :Very Happy
